- I understand and agree that I am an Independent Contractor and not an employee, agent or representative of International Alliance and that I am solely responsible for my own actions, expenses and taxes.
- I am not required to sponsor anyone in order to receive my free web page which I may use to advertise my business and I am not required to sell or purchase any product or service offered through International Alliance.
- For as long as I pay my $20 monthly dues, I will earn a minimum $5 a month for every paid up "Virtual" Franchise in my network. Double it to $10 a month for each calendar month that I utilize the appropriate product/service via IA. If I order the same product or service that is ordered by someone in my network, then my commission for that sale will be doubled.
- Year-End Bonus. After twelve consecutive monthly dues are paid, I will qualify for the Year End Bonus which entitles me to ten percent of the annual income earned via IA of every "Virtual" Franchise in my Network.
- The first paid up "Virtual" Franchisee on my web page will be assigned to my "Virtual" Franchisor. After that, I become a "Virtual" Franchisor and thereafter the first paid up Franchisee from my entire network goes to me, including all Royalties and Commissions for as long as my network members, and I remain in good standing.
- International Alliance only offers products and services of other companies and therefore cannot offer warranties on any products or services marketed through IA, and IA will not be held responsible for any loss of business or revenue lost as a result of such service. International Alliance shall not assume responsibility or liability of any kind for any products and services offered by other business clients.
- Members must remain in good standing in order to continue to qualify for commissions. This means that the member must pay dues on time, abide by the IA rules, ethical standards and all laws.
- International Alliance reserves the right to make changes to this marketing plan, as it deems necessary without prior notice to anyone.
- Void where prohibited.
- Anyone in the world with Internet access, a valid e-mail address and a VISA or MasterCard credit card may apply for membership.
- In the event of litigation, jurisdiction and venue shall be in Carson City, Nevada and losing party shall pay all reasonable costs, including attorney fees and court costs. Disputes are to be settled by Arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration rules and procedures.
